Fridge, Pantry, and Bar Stocking Fee ($99): This flat fee covers shopping and full stocking. Groceries and Alcohol are billed separately at cost + 20% service charge. Alcohol delivery is location-dependent.
Cakes and Flowers (+$25): This is the add-on fee + cost of the item + 20% service charge. Includes pickup from some of our favorite local vendors.
Special Requests (quoted per request): Beach Essentials, Pharmacy Runs, and Hard-to-Find Items. Flat fee quoted + cost of item + 20% service charge.

We’ll take care of everything in The Concierge, then elevate your arrival with the full celebration setup, personalized details, a styled signature cocktail bar* and coordination with local creatives bringing your weekend to life. We primarily service Ocean City, Maryland, the Delaware Beaches (Fenwick, Bethany, Rehoboth & Lewes) and the surrounding areas. Requests outside this main service area are limited to 1 hour driving distance (or 50 miles) and may be subject to additional fees.

In Delaware, yes! We can include beer, wine and spirits with your pre-arrival stocking. In Ocean City, Maryland, local regulations prevent us from purchasing and delivering alcohol on your behalf. However, we do have local stores that we can recommend. We’re still happy to stock your fridge with everything else—and can help you plan for the perfect bar setup before you arrive.

We know plans can change. Depending on the package, your initial payment reserves your dates and is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will not be responsible for the remaining service balance. However, custom orders, third-party purchases, and expenses already incurred may be non-refundable, while vendor cancellations are subject to each vendors specific policy. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Any custom items, groceries, vendor fees, or other purchases made on your behalf are also non-refundable once purchased.

Absolutely! We’re building relationships with trusted local rental partners and are happy to point you toward properties that fit your group, budget, and weekend plans. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll share some of our favorite options to help make finding the right home base a little easier.

Before your trip, we’ll coordinate with you—and your property manager or host when needed—to arrange approved access to your rental. This allows our team to arrive before check-in to stock, set up and add any finishing touches, so everything is ready when you walk through the door. We’ll provide simple instructions for sharing access details securely as your arrival date gets closer.

The earlier, the better—especially for summer weekends and larger celebrations! We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your trip to give us plenty of time to plan all the details. Custom gifts, décor and specialty requests may require additional lead time. Planning something last minute? Reach out anyway! If we have availability, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
