We’re Morgan & Katharine, busy moms, lifelong problem-solvers, and women who know how to get things done.
Between careers, businesses, families, and the many versions of ourselves we’ve become along the way, we’ve learned a thing or two about juggling details, making a plan, pivoting when the plan inevitably changes—and still finding a way to make it all look effortless.
The Oyster Collective is our latest reinvention: a chance to bring together our business experience, creativity, resourcefulness, and love of this place we call home.
In a world where so much of our connection happens through screens, we believe there's something especially meaningful about being together in person. The long dinners, the inside jokes, the conversations that go well past bedtime, and the memories you’ll still be talking about years later.
We also know just how much it takes to make those moments happen. Between busy schedules, family commitments, and the logistics of getting everyone in the same place at the same time, simply getting the group together can feel like an accomplishment. And when you finally do, those precious days deserve to be spent enjoying each other—not worrying about the grocery run, dinner reservations, welcome bags, or whether someone remembered the cake.
